Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT department, including technical staff and support teams
- Oversee the CEM School Portal and online assessment platform infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems and applications
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement
- Establish and maintain IT security policies and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations
- Provide technical leadership and support for organizational projects
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and information security standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of IT management experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
- Experience managing web applications and database systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
- Experience in the education sector is a plus

Network/Security Engineer
CEM is looking for a skilled Network/Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure and security systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting our assessment platforms and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity for our member schools nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
- Implement and manage network security measures and intrusion detection systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain network documentation and security policies
- Manage VPN solutions and secure remote access systems
- Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and implement protective measures
- Collaborate with IT team on system integrations and cloud services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network administration and cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with firewall configuration and network security tools
